Returns & Exchanges

At Maddons Swimwear, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Processing Time:

• Please allow 7–10 business days for our team to process your return or exchange once your item has been received.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are free of charge.

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to us.

• Once approved, we’ll ship your replacement item at no additional cost.

Returns:

• If you prefer a refund, the purchase price (excluding original shipping fees) will be refunded to your original payment method once the item is received and approved.
